Pippa is hot pink with polka dots, Kate is light pink. Benny has a camo collar, Will had a black collar, and Marley has a blue one. They went and had their shots yesterday and everyone wanted to love them all up! This morning we worked with walking on a leash. Kate was the most stubborn but after a bit she finally walked along with only the occasional temper tantrum. Will was the best he was just so excited to be out on a new adventure! This afternoon they are enjoying the lazy dogs of summer and basking in the warm sunshine we have in Las Vegas. Lots of sleeping going on!
The puppies have been busy growing up! They have opened their eyes, mastered potty training, and started to lap up water and kibble. I can already tell this is going to be a really sweet little group. They are starting to play with each other and love to cuddle up for a nap. Here are some pics...
My little girl Montana had her first litter this week. We have been busy supplementing them with bottle feedings until her milk comes in. They are now doing great and gaining weight quickly! Tails were docked and dewclaws removed yesterday. Everyone at the vet was in love with them! We've also relocated to Las Vegas so it has been a super busy month for us all! Here are a couple of pics...
Montana keeps getting bigger but the puppies are finally starting to drop and are no longer hiding up under her ribs. Her milk has come in so they should be here within the next 3-4 days. We are all ready to go and just waiting for them to arrive. We are going with the Royal Family theme... so the pups will be named Prince, Princess, Duke, Duchess, Count and possibly Kate if we have a hideway. Pics to come!
I decided to breed Montana because she is so adorable and such a sweet little dog. She is about 5 lbs now and I bred her with a cute little 3 lb yorkie. Her puppies are going to be so cute I can hardly wait until they are here!
Rose and Jake are really growing into their personalities! Rose is very smart and independent, and has no fear! She will tackle Jack and pin him in a heartbeat, but she also knows she can squeeze into smaller spaces if she wants to hide from Jack. Jack has much more energy then Rose and is twice her size! He is always up for playing and begs and begs to get out of the kennel when he feels I have slept long enough in the morning (usually 7am!)

Jack and Rose are doing great... both have doubled in size and are getting lots of love from Daisy. I love the little white stripe on Rose's forehead.. hopefully it will grow into the perfect white ponytail when it's long enough. We are now patiently waiting for their eyes to open up and then they will start to explore. It's always fun to get some video of the puppies as they start to wobble around. Right now all they do is sleep, eat and poop.
Pups went to the vet to have their first check up. They did great! The vet removed their dewclaws and docked their tails while we were there. Daisy did not like being separated from her pups but she survived. Here are some pics from today.
